Gala finałowa 65. edycji wyborów, którą co roku ogląda ponad miliard ludzi na całym świecie, odbędzie się 30 stycznia w Manili na Filipinach. 26 stycznia Izabella wraz ze wszystkimi 86 kandydatkami wzięła udział w pokazie preeliminacyjnym Miss Universe. Finalistki zaprezentowały się w kostiumach kąpielowych, sukniach wieczorowych i sukniach narodowych.
